D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) Ayurvedic Skincare brand

This role requires deep expertise in
Meta Ads and Google Ads
, a strong analytical approach, and the ability to leverage
AI tools
to optimize campaigns efficiently. The ideal candidate will manage ad budgets, achieve aggressive Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) targets, and deliver measurable ROI through high-performing, insight-driven campaigns focused on driving direct-to-consumer sales and customer lifetime value (CLV).
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns
across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
Manage campaign budgets
, ensuring optimal pacing and strict alignment with Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) targets.
Build data-driven audience segments and
execute campaigns across various product lines, promotional offers, and launch initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the
Social Media and Brand Marketing teams to ensure paid media messaging, tone, and creative execution are perfectly aligned with the overall brand strategy and organic content.
Leverage AI tools
(including ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Meta Advantage Suite, and Google Performance Max) for ideation, creative optimization, and targeting precision.
Track key campaign metrics
reach, CTR, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, and lead quality to ensure continuous improvement and drive sales.
Generate weekly and monthly
performance reports and dashboards
, presenting actionable insights and recommendations focused on revenue growth.
Conduct market and competitor analysis
specifically within the D2C and natural skincare space to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements & Skills:
3-4 years of hands-on experience
in Performance Marketing / Paid Media, preferably within a D2C startup or a consumer goods/skincare agency environment.
Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns
across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms with a clear focus on e-commerce sales.
Strong understanding of
audience segmentation, budget allocation, and conversion tracking (including pixel health and server-side tracking).
Proficiency in
Meta Business Suite and Google Ad analytics dashboards.
Working knowledge of
AI-powered marketing tools for campaign optimization and automation.
Analytical mindset with
strong interpretation, modeling, and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and
time-management abilities, essential for a fast-paced startup environment.
