We are seeking a Performance Marketing Associate with hands-on experience in performance marketing, media planning, and campaign execution to join our growing team in the e-commerce and beauty industries. The role involves managing high-performing campaigns on Meta & Google platforms to drive online sales and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, set up, and optimise Meta & Google Ads campaigns to drive sales and conversions in e-commerce/beauty.

Build effective media plans aligned with product launches, seasonal promotions, and campaign objectives.

Manage daily campaign execution, including targeting, budgeting, and bidding strategies.

Implement and optimise remarketing and lookalike audience campaigns to maximise ROI.

Track performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CAC, etc.) and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Work closely with the growth marketing team to produce engaging ad copies, visuals, and video content tailored for beauty/e-commerce audiences.

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, placements, and audience segments.

Stay updated on e-commerce trends, Meta Ads best practices, and beauty industry consumer behaviour.

Requirements

1 year of proven experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns, preferably in the e-commerce or beauty/personal care industry.

Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and online customer journey.

Experience running conversion-focused campaigns (sales, catalogue ads, DPA).

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Pixel/Conversion API setup.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and optimize accordingly.

Creative eye for content that resonates with beauty/fashion/e-commerce audiences.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, or other e-commerce marketing tools.

Experience in scaling D2C beauty brands or e-commerce businesses.

Familiarity with influencer marketing and social commerce.
