Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with 4-5 years of hands-on expertise in managing paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid platforms, advanced targeting strategies, and the ability to drive scalable growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategize, plan, and execute high-performance paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and more. Drive continuous optimization through A/B testing, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and funnel improvements. Monitor and improve key metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV. Develop campaign reports and performance analysis using Google Analytics (GA4), Data Studio, and ad platform dashboards. Collaborate with creative and content teams to align messaging, creatives, and landing pages with performance goals. Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

4-5 years of proven experience in performance/digital advertising. Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Deep knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, UTM setup, and data interpretation. Experience managing and scaling monthly budgets upwards of ?2-5 lakhs or more. Google Ads and/or Meta Certifications preferred. Strong analytical mindset and client communication skills. Prior experience in a digital agency is a strong advantage.
