luxury to accelerate growth through insight-led strategic marketing.
We are now expanding our Performance Marketing division and are looking for someone
who can do more than run ads - someone who understands how brands scale.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently and
confidently lead paid media for multiple brands. This role demands a mix of analytical rigour,
platform expertise, and the ability to translate numbers into decisions. If you enjoy cracking
growth puzzles, optimising journeys, and proving ROI month on month, this is where you'll
thrive.
What You'll Own
1. Strategy & Planning
Build growth-led performance roadmaps tailored to varied industries and campaign
goals (lead gen, conversions, retention, funnels).
Define audience cohorts using research, behavioural signals, and platform
intelligence.
Create monthly media plans aligned with brand and business objectives.
2. Paid Campaign Leadership
Execute, optimise, and scale campaigns across:
o Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
o Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
o LinkedIn Ads
o Additional programmatic/industry-specific platforms where relevant
Perform structured A/B and multivariate testing across creatives, audiences, formats,
and landing pages.
3. Smart Budgeting & ROI Ownership
Allocate budgets strategically across channels and marketing funnels.
Refine bid strategies, pacing, audience segments, and lookalikes to maximise ROAS
and reduce CAC.
Identify opportunities for cost efficiency without diluting performance.
4. Performance Intelligence
Build and maintain dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio, UTM, GTM, and platform
analytics.
Own weekly/monthly performance reporting with insights - not screenshots.
Translate numbers into optimisation initiatives, experiments, and recommendations.
5. Conversion Rate Optimisation
Work with design and web teams to improve landing pages and user journeys.
Leverage heatmaps, funnel drop-offs, user behaviour and A/B testing to increase
conversion rates.
6. Client & Internal Collaboration
Act as the performance lead for assigned accounts - your counsel will shape decisions.
Present campaign insights, experiments, and next steps with clarity and confidence.
Collaborate closely with creative, content, SEO, and tech teams to deliver integrated
outcomes.
You're a Fit If You Have
4-6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in an agency setup.
Proven results in scaling paid campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Ability to plan full-funnel strategies - not just operate platforms.
Strong command of attribution models, tracking, analytics, and platform algorithms.
Excellent communication skills and a solutions-first mindset.
Meta / Google Certifications
Experience with Shopify, WordPress, CRM or automation tools
Understanding of SEO fundamentals and programmatic tools
