We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can hit the ground running and take charge of high-scale digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing monthly budgets of ?1 Cr+ and driving measurable ROI across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Amazon, and other relevant platforms.
Drive performance outcomes (ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversions, revenue growth).
Build and manage full-funnel campaigns across search, display, shopping, video, and paid social.
Monitor campaign performance daily, identify growth opportunities, and ensure budget efficiency.
Work closely with creative/content teams to align ad messaging with performance goals.
Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for scaling campaigns.
Stay ahead of digital trends, competitor strategies, and emerging ad platforms.
Requirements
2+ years of proven experience in performance marketing.
Candidate should have agency experience and should be comfortable communiting to Malad
Direct experience managing budgets of nearly ?1 Cr+ per month.
Strong background in e-commerce, retail, or real estate campaigns.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, and other performance tools.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight timelines.
