Role Overview:
We are seeking an
Ecommerce Performance Marketing Specialist
with expertise in
driving online sales
and
managing eCommerce campaigns
across Meta and Google platforms. If you're an expert in scaling D2C brand sales, optimizing for ROI, and executing high-performance sales campaigns, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
:
Develop, launch, and optimize
Meta Ads
(Facebook, Instagram) and
Google Ads
(Search, Display, Shopping) to drive online sales for our D2C brands.
Manage campaigns with a strong focus on
eCommerce goals
, including conversions, ROAS, and sales volume.
Conversion Optimization
:
Continuously optimize campaigns to lower
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
and maximize
Conversion Rates
.
Conduct thorough
A/B testing
for creatives, placements, bids, and audience targeting to identify high-performing elements.
E-commerce Strategy
:
Work closely with the
SEO
,
design
, and
content teams
to create high-converting landing pages, product listings, and sales funnels.
Optimize product listings across Shopify to ensure that paid campaigns lead to seamless conversions.
Audience Strategy
:
Build and refine
remarketing
and
lookalike audiences
to re-engage past visitors and target new high-conversion segments.
Develop strategies to capture potential buyers at different stages of the sales funnel, from awareness to purchase.
Data Analytics & Reporting
:
Use tools like
Google Analytics
,
GA4
, and
Shopify Analytics
to measure campaign performance and uncover insights.
Develop detailed dashboards and weekly reports to provide clear
ROI insights
and sales performance metrics.
Sales Growth Focus
:
Work directly with the
growth team
to set revenue targets and
optimize for the highest online sales
possible.
Ensure that marketing spend is aligned with maximizing online sales growth.
E-commerce Funnel Optimization
:
Collaborate with teams to streamline and improve the
eCommerce customer journey
, ensuring smooth conversions from ad clicks to completed purchases.
Must-Have Skills:
3-6 years
of hands-on experience in
performance marketing
for
eCommerce
or
D2C brands
.
Proficient in
Meta Business Manager
(Facebook & Instagram Ads) and
Google Ads
(Search, Shopping, and Display).
Strong background in
conversion tracking
,
attribution modeling
, and
performance analytics
.
Experience working with
Shopify
or other
eCommerce platforms
.
A proven track record of driving
online sales

ROI
, and improving

for eCommerce brands.
A deep understanding of
