We are looking for a

Performance Marketing Specialist

to lead the execution and optimization of high-performing digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing paid media across platforms like

Google Ads, YouTube, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

, with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving measurable growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment and can take ownership of end-to-end paid marketing strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:



? Plan, launch, and manage

paid advertising campaigns

across platforms including

Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

, and others as needed.

? Manage

large-scale advertising budgets

efficiently, with a focus on

ROI and performance metrics

.

? Conduct in-depth

keyword research

,

audience segmentation

, and

competitor analysis

to maximize campaign impact.

? Execute and optimize

performance marketing strategies

including

bid management, A/B testing

, landing page optimization, and funnel refinement.

? Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like

Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite

, and relevant dashboards.

? Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure consistency in

brand messaging and customer experience

.

? Stay current with

platform updates, industry trends

, and emerging best practices in paid media and digital marketing.

Requirements:



?

4+ years of hands-on experience

managing performance marketing campaigns, preferably in eCommerce, SaaS, or agency environments.

? Strong knowledge of

PPC, paid social, and display advertising

best practices.

? Proficiency in tools such as

Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics

, and other performance monitoring platforms.

? Strong

analytical skills

with a data-driven and test-and-learn mindset.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

? Experience targeting

international markets (US, Europe, Middle East)

is a plus.

? Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
