Performance Marketing Specialist - Vedvidhi (Online Consultation & Education Platform)

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC, YouTube)
Other platforms (Quora, LinkedIn, Affiliates, etc.)
Optimize campaigns to drive app installs, sign-ups, consultations, and course sales.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using:
Google Analytics (GA4)
Google Search Console
Platform dashboards (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.)
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
Manage campaign budgets, bids, and pacing to achieve target ROAS/CPA goals.
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights.
Support SEO initiatives to improve website/app rankings and organic visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience (2-5 years) running performance campaigns independently on Meta and Google.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC).
Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager.
Working knowledge of SEO best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
