We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
Run and optimize paid campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
Manage budgets, targeting, and performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPL).
Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages.
Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools
Collaborate with design/content teams for creatives and landing pages.
Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in performance marketing.
Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Proficiency in Google Analytics/GA4 and campaign reporting.
Analytical, creative, and detail-oriented mindset.
Google Ads/Meta certifications (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
