We are expanding our team and looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is not just an Ads expert but a strategic thinker, business growth partner, and team leader.
Role Overview
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for strategizing, creating, executing, managing, and monitoring paid campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and other digital channels.
We're looking for someone who can go beyond just managing ads - someone who can understand a client's business model, audience, and growth potential, and then craft end-to-end performance strategies using an omnichannel approach.
You will collaborate with creative, SEO, and client-servicing teams while also guiding junior marketers when required. This role requires someone with strong analytical thinking, leadership qualities, and a growth-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop customized paid marketing strategies aligned with client business goals.
Recommend the right channel mix and funnel strategies for omnichannel performance.
Stay ahead of digital trends to bring innovative solutions to clients.
Campaign Management
Create, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Drive ROI-focused campaigns, optimizing for conversions, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
Implement advanced targeting, remarketing, and funnel-building tactics.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
Provide insights and actionable recommendations to maximize performance.
Translate data into meaningful business outcomes for clients.
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with creative, content, and SEO teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
Guide and mentor junior performance marketers when needed.
Act as a trusted advisor for clients, ensuring clarity and confidence in the strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience (3-5 years preferred) in performance marketing at an agency level.
Strong expertise in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
Deep understanding of conversion funnels, attribution models, and omnichannel strategies.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.
Ability to understand a client's business and create growth strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Leadership qualities: ability to guide a team and collaborate cross-functionally.
Google Ads & Facebook Blueprint certifications (preferred, not mandatory).
