Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end campaign management, from strategy to performance analysis.

Conduct A/B testing and data-driven optimizations to improve ROI and conversion rates.
Manage budgets efficiently and ensure spend aligns with business goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.
Requirements:
5-6 years of performance marketing experience (agency background preferred).
Proven track record managing large marketing budgets.
Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, Google Analytics, etc.
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
