Apex Infotech India is seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimize high-impact digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, Google and other social platforms. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management--from strategy and creative ideation through targeting, execution, analysis and continuous optimization--to drive brand awareness, qualified leads and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
Develop media plans aligned to business goals for Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube video ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and SMO.
Identify target audiences, set campaign objectives (awareness, consideration, conversion) and establish KPIs.
Ad Creative & Copywriting
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to conceptualize and produce compelling ad creatives: static images, carousels, video scripts.
Craft persuasive ad copy and CTAs that resonate with each platform's audience.
Campaign Setup & Execution
Configure and launch campaigns in Ads Manager, Google Ads Console and YouTube Studio.
