Roles and Responsibilities -
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
Generate high-intent leads by targeting relevant keywords, audiences, locations, and demographics.
Optimize campaigns continuously to reduce cost per lead (CPL) and improve lead quality.
Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis for better campaign performance.
Create and test multiple ad creatives, copies, headlines, and call-to-actions.
Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and events to ensure accurate lead measurement.
Monitor daily performance metrics such as impressions, CTR, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve results.
Coordinate with the sales/admissions team to understand lead quality and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Identify and scale high-performing campaigns while pausing or refining underperforming ones.
Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently to maximize results.
Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with management.
Stay updated with changes in ad policies, algorithms, and new features on Meta and Google platforms.
Ensure compliance with advertising policies and data privacy guidelines.
Suggest improvements in landing pages and lead funnels to increase conversion rates.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
