About Us: 
 We are a premium private healthcare provider specialising in delivering world-class treatments and patient experiences. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can drive lead generation and growth through paid digital channels. 
Key Responsibilities: 
 Manage, optimise and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). 
 Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies and remarketing to maximise ROI. 
 Ensure all advertising complies with UK healthcare advertising regulations (e.g., Advertising Standards Authority [ASA], General Medical Council [GMC]). 
 Focus on conversion rate optimisation (CRO) - turning ad clicks into meaningful healthcare leads/bookings. 
 Track and report key metrics: cost per lead, conversion rate, ROI, campaign performance and insights. 
 Collaborate with creative, content and marketing ops teams to A/B test creatives, landing pages and offers. 
 Use tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, SEMrush, Hotjar to monitor and optimise campaigns. 
Requirements 
 Proven experience (3-5 years+) running Google Ads + Meta Ads campaigns, ideally in healthcare or lead-gen industries. 
 Deep understanding of UK healthcare advertising compliance (ASA, GMC) or equivalent global standards. 
 Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and act quickly. 
 Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, SEMrush, Hotjar. 
 Excellent communication skills, comfortable working cross-functionally. 
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media or equivalent. 
 Desirable: Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint.
