You will work closely with leadership, creative, content, and tech teams to run scalable campaigns that deliver high-quality leads, conversions, and strong ROAS across our brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution (Meta + Google)
Plan, launch & optimize campaigns on
Meta (FB/IG)
and
Google (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube)
.
Create full-funnel strategies including
prospecting, retargeting, and remarketing flows
.
Manage campaign structure:
audiences, budgets, bidding, placements, funnels
.
Run
high-ticket campaigns
for Real Estate + high-volume campaigns for Travel & Tech.
2. Creative Strategy & Testing
Develop creative direction:
Ad copies
Thumbnails
Hooks
Static creatives + UGC concepts
Suggest landing page improvements to boost CTR, CVR, & reduce CPL.
Conduct
A/B tests
across creatives, copy, bidding strategies, match types & audiences.
3. Analytics, Optimization & Reporting
Monitor daily performance across both platforms and implement
quick, data-backed optimizations
.
Analyze KPIs:
CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CVR, ROAS, LTV, Attribution
.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and action plans.
Build dashboards using
Set up and manage:
Pixels
Conversion APIs
Enhanced conversions
GTM events
Custom conversions
Work with developers to ensure accurate tracking & troubleshoot tech issues.
5. Research, Trends & Competitor Analysis
Conduct keyword research, competitor ad research & industry trend analysis.
Identify new opportunities for campaign growth & emerging ad formats.
Share insights to improve offers, landing pages, and campaign architecture.
6. Cross-team Collaboration
Work closely with:
Creative team (ad concepts & visuals)
Content team (ad copies, UGC scripts)
Web & tech teams (tracking, landing pages)
Brand strategy & leadership teams (growth planning)
Ensure brand consistency across all paid campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-6 years
of hands-on experience in
Meta Ads + Google Ads
.
Proven ability to run
high-budget, performance-focused campaigns
.
Strong understanding of:
Keyword strategy & match types
Bidding methods (CPA, ROAS, Max Conv.)
Funnels, retargeting & lookalike strategy
Deep expertise in
conversion tracking, analytics & attribution
.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into insights.
Experience in
Real Estate, Travel, or Ecommerce
campaigns (preferred).
Ability to collaborate with creative, SEO, web & marketing teams.
Portfolio or performance case studies demonstrating past results (highly preferred).
