while understanding their market goals and KPIs.
Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop impactful ad creatives and landing pages.
Stay updated with the latest
Meta Ads trends, policies, tools, and algorithm changes

Required Skills & Experience
2-4 years
of hands-on experience in
Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram Ads
.
Agency experience is mandatory
(digital marketing agency background).
Proven track record in
lead generation & ecommerce campaign management
.
Experience working with
international markets
.
Strong understanding of
performance metrics
.
Good knowledge of tracking tools:
Meta Pixel, CAPI, GTM, GA4
.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
Excellent communication skills and experience in client servicing.
