Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital ad networks to drive acquisition and engagement.
Budget Management:
Oversee monthly ad spend and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI, keeping track of spend limits and achieving desired acquisition costs.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance; utilize data-driven insights to make optimizations that improve key metrics including cost per conversion, cost per paying customer, and overall customer lifetime value.
A/B Testing and Experimentation:
Design, implement, and track A/B tests across channels to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting for improved performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, sales, content, and creative teams to ensure paid strategies align with broader marketing objectives and product launches.
Vendor and Partner Relations:
Coordinate with external partners, such as advertising networks and agencies, ensuring consistent and effective collaboration.
Trend Analysis and Innovation:
Stay updated on the latest paid media trends and emerging platforms to keep Bonanza competitive in the paid advertising landscape.
Reporting and Insights:
Prepare and deliver regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3-4 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in paid media channels, with a track record of achieving strong results in high-growth environments.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and numerical skills with expertise in tracking and optimizing product-level ROI, conversion rates, CAC, and other relevant KPIs.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience in fintech, finance, or similar sectors is highly desirable, along with a solid understanding of digital product-based acquisition strategies.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in paid marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads), analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush), and marketing automation software.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing or analytics are a plus.
Creative and Collaborative:
