Job Title -

Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should also have solid knowledge of tracking, conversion APIs, and automation tools.

This role requires someone who can manage campaigns end-to-end--from ad setup to tracking, integrations, and optimization.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns on: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Monitor and optimize CPL, lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) Implement and troubleshoot Meta Conversion API (CAPI) Set up and manage conversion tracking for Meta & Google Ads Create and implement webhooks for lead flow and event tracking

Integrate ad platforms with CRMs using:

Pebbly Zapier n8n Automate lead routing, notifications, and reporting workflows Coordinate with sales, content, and tech teams Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing*
Proven experience in lead generation campaigns

Strong expertise in:

Meta Ads Manager Google Ads

Hands-on experience with

:

Google Tag Manager (GTM) Meta Conversion API (CAPI) Ability to create and implement webhooks

Experience with automation tools:

Pebbly, Zapier, or n8n Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and funnels

Good to Have

:

Experience working with CRMs Landing page optimization knowledge Basic understanding of APIs and event-based tracking
Salary : 35k to 40 k
