Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled
Google Ads Manager
to develop, implement, and optimize our paid search campaigns across
Google Search, Display, YouTube, and other Google platforms
. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Google Ads, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of maximizing ROI from paid advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, Create, and Manage Google Ads Campaigns:
Develop and implement paid search strategies that align with the company's goals.
Create and optimize
Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns
.
Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and reduce Cost per Conversion.
Keyword Research & Audience Targeting:
Perform extensive keyword research for relevant and high-converting keywords.
Set up and refine audience targeting (demographics, location, interests, and behaviors) to reach the right audience.
Budget Management:
Manage monthly advertising budgets and optimize spending to ensure maximum results.
Continuously monitor Cost Per Click (CPC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and overall campaign profitability.
A/B Testing & Performance Analysis:
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve ad performance.
Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
Landing Page Optimization:
Collaborate with the web development and design team to optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates.
Google Analytics & Reporting:
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Reports
.
Provide clear and actionable insights to the marketing team based on performance data.
Stay Updated with Trends:
Keep up-to-date with the latest
Google Ads features, PPC trends, and industry updates
.
Implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge in paid search.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in managing large-scale
Google Ads campaigns
.
Strong knowledge of
Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing Campaigns
.
Excellent understanding of
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking
.
Solid experience in
A/B testing, CPC, CPA, and ROAS optimization
.
Ability to create high-converting ad copies and landing page optimization strategies.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads Certification
(Google Search, Display, Video, and Shopping Ads).
Experience in managing budgets of ?5 Lakh+ per month.
Proven success in running high-converting campaigns with a positive ROI.
Familiarity with tools like
Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Hotjar
