who will be responsible for planning and executing strategic paid marketing initiatives across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms. This role focuses on building data-driven marketing strategies to scale lead generation, improve conversion quality, reduce CPA/CPL, increase ROI, and drive overall revenue growth through continuous campaign optimization and performance insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage & optimize paid ads (Google Ads / Facebook Ads / LinkedIn Ads)
Create strategic campaign plans aligned with business goals and revenue targets
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting and landing pages
Monitor performance and track conversions using GA4 / GTM
Prepare weekly performance reports with insights & recommendations
Work closely with design/content teams for landing page optimization
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in performance marketing / PPC
Strong knowledge of Google & Meta Ads, bidding strategies, remarketing etc.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
