We are looking for a data-driven and results oriented
Performance Marketing Specialist
to strategize, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of performance metrics, and a passion for driving measurable business growth through paid media.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Bing, and other performance channels.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Create and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels to maximize ROI.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-backed adjustments to bids, budgets, and targeting strategies.
Run A/B tests to enhance click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Track and analyze performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates using analytics tools.
Set up and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion pixels.
Collaborate with design and content teams to align creatives with campaign objectives.
Stay updated with platform algorithms, digital marketing trends, and new advertising technologies.
Required Skills
Proven experience in running performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong knowledge of keyword bidding, audience targeting, and budget optimization.
Skilled in using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio for campaign tracking and analysis.
Strong analytical and reporting skills to measure and optimize ROI.
Proficiency in crafting ad copies and creative assets for paid campaigns.
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other digital marketing programs (preferred).
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
2+ years of hands-on experience
in performance marketing or paid campaign management.
