We're looking for a creative

Social Media Manager who is also a Performance Marketing Specialist

to take charge of our brand presence, digital storytelling, and customer acquisition campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Build & manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube. Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns aligned with travel trends. Collaborate with design & content teams to deliver high-quality creatives. Manage community engagement: respond to comments, DMs & queries. Track and report organic performance metrics (growth, reach, engagement).

Performance Marketing:

Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads & other platforms. Drive measurable ROI through lead generation, bookings & brand awareness campaigns. Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and ad copy optimization. Monitor daily campaign performance & reallocate budgets to maximize results. Provide monthly performance reports with insights & recommendations.
Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Travel & Tourism, or related field. 1-3 years of proven experience in

social media management

and

performance marketing

. Strong understanding of

Meta Ads Manager

and

Google Ads

. Hands-on experience with SEO basics, content marketing, and analytics. Proficiency in Canva/Adobe tools for quick content editing (bonus). Strong communication & copywriting skills with creativity in travel storytelling. Ability to analyze data & turn insights into action.
