Futureace Healthcare Academy is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive digital growth and student acquisition strategies. The role will focus on executing and optimizing paid campaigns across digital platforms to deliver measurable outcomes. Prior experience in the education/EdTech sector is mandatory to ensure campaigns resonate with students, parents, and institutional partners while maximizing ROI, lead generation, and enrollment growth.
Key Responsibilities
? Execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
? Drive lead generation and enrollment funnels with a strong focus on ROI.
? Conduct A/B testing, analytics, and funnel optimization to improve performance.
? Collaborate with creative, content, and admissions teams to align performance campaigns with academy goals.
? Track, measure, and report on campaign performance metrics regularly to leadership.
? Stay updated on digital trends in EdTech marketing and recommend innovative strategies for growth.
? Ensure campaigns maintain brand consistency while supporting long-term institutional objectives.
Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1+ years of proven experience in performance marketing within the education/EdTech sector.
? Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance-driven marketing strategies.
? Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI.
? Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
? Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work in a growth-driven environment.
? Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
