Job Summary
We're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid campaigns, optimise ROAS, and generate leads for client portfolios. You'll focus on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube, turning data into high-performing strategies. If you love A/B testing and hitting KPIs, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping), Meta Ads, and YouTube for lead gen, e-commerce, and brand awareness.
Analyse performance data using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and tools like Google Tag Manager to optimize budgets and scale winners.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and funnels to boost CTR, conversions, and ROAS.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to align ads with brand strategy and produce high-converting assets.
Report weekly/monthly insights to clients via dashboards (Google Data Studio/Looker Studio), forecasting trends and recommending pivots.
Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and Indian market trends (e.g., festive campaigns, regional targeting).
Requirements
Proven track record managing ?5L+ monthly ad spends with strong ROAS/CPA results; share case studies or portfolio.
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics 4; certifications (Google/Meta Blueprint) a big plus.
2+ years in performance marketing for agencies or brands; real estate/restaurant campaign experience advantageous.
Bengaluru-based, data-driven mindset, and ability to thrive in fast-paced client environments.
Bonus: Knowledge of YouTube Ads, LinkedIn, or emerging platforms like WhatsApp Flows.
