Role Overview
We're looking for a
Performance Marketing Specialist
who is curious, hands-on, and growth-driven. This role blends
digital marketing execution, performance tracking, and basic tech/IT support
, making it ideal for someone who wants to learn end-to-end digital operations in a fast-paced environment.
Freshers with strong fundamentals and a willingness to learn are welcome.
Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Performance
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more)
Run, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns for performance and ROI
Perform SEO activities including keyword research and on-page optimization
Create and manage email marketing campaigns
Coordinate content creation for posts, banners, blogs, and videos
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports
Generate and nurture leads; support sales and marketing teams
Website & Analytics
Monitor website performance and update content using CMS platforms
Analyze traffic, conversions, and user behavior to improve outcomes
IT & System Support
Support video conferencing tools and basic office IT infrastructure
Ensure minimum system downtime and smooth IT operations
Manage user access, passwords, and system permissions
Ensure regular data backups, antivirus updates, and basic cybersecurity hygiene
Requirements
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (ads, SEO, social media)
Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or similar (training support provided)
Willingness to handle both marketing and basic IT responsibilities
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
Good communication and reporting abilities
Freshers are encouraged to apply
