Responsibilities:



Key Responsibilities



Campaign Management



Plan and manage paid campaigns across:



Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)



LinkedIn Ads



Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)



Execute lead generation campaigns aligned with business and sales goals



Optimize campaigns for CPL, CAC, and lead quality



Performance Optimization



Monitor daily performance and optimize:



Keywords, audiences, bids, creatives, and budgets



Run A/B tests on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages



Improve conversion rates across the marketing funnel



Analytics & Reporting



Track and analyze campaign performance using:



Google Analytics (GA4)



Google Tag Manager



Ad platform dashboards



Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution



Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations



Collaboration



Work closely with content, design, sales, and tech teams



Align marketing campaigns with sales funnel requirements



Support landing page optimization and CRO initiatives



Requirements



Must-Have Skills & Experience



Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing



Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads



Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, ROI)



Proven experience in lead generation campaigns



Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and take action



Basic understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)



Good to Have



B2B or SaaS marketing experience



Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot



Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO tools



Understanding of long sales cycles and lead nurturing
