The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple performance channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a data-driven marketer who can analyze performance metrics, manage budgets efficiently, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic networks.
Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, bid management, audience segmentation, and creative iteration.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
Manage and allocate digital advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend studies.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, Looker, Mixpanel) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Support SEO and organic growth initiatives as needed.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging ad tech, and new digital marketing opportunities.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in performance marketing, paid search, and social media advertising.
Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and attribution models.
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with large data sets.
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong project management and communication abilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing roles.
Certifications (preferred): Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot Marketing.
