Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across
Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
.
Optimize campaigns to meet ROI, CPL, and CPA targets.
Perform
A/B testing
on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using
Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other analytics tools
.
Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop ad creatives and landing pages.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve performance.
Manage ad budgets efficiently and prepare
weekly and monthly performance reports
.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong experience in
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance channels
.
Proficiency in
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking
.
Excellent understanding of
CPC, CPA, ROAS, and funnel metrics
.
Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
Strong copywriting and ad creative evaluation skills.
Knowledge of SEO, retargeting, and email marketing automation is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business, or a related field

2-5 years of proven experience in
performance marketing or digital advertising

Certification in
Google Ads / Meta Ads
