Role Overview:



We're looking for a

data-driven performance marketer

with a passion for

lead generation

. You'll manage multi-channel paid campaigns, optimize funnels, and ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads for the sales team. You'll play a key role in driving Camweara's expansion among e-commerce brands worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, execute, and optimize

lead generation campaigns

across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. Build, test, and refine

funnels and landing pages

to maximize conversion rates. Manage and track campaign performance --

CPL, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality

. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and copies. Set up and manage

pixel tracking, UTM parameters, and analytics dashboards

. Conduct

A/B testing

for ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve results. Nurture leads through

retargeting and remarketing

campaigns. Report weekly on performance metrics and recommend data-backed improvements.

Requirements:



2-6 years of experience in

performance marketing with a focus on B2B lead generation

. Proven track record of generating

high-quality leads at scale

through paid channels. Hands-on experience with

Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

, and

Google Analytics/Tag Manager

. Deep understanding of

marketing funnels

,

conversion tracking

, and

attribution models

. Experience using

CRM and automation tools

(e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). Strong analytical and reporting skills -- ability to make data-driven decisions. Bonus: Experience marketing to

e-commerce, fashion, or SaaS brands
