Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat and other digital platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI.
Manage budgets efficiently to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative strategies to drive growth.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in performance marketing / paid media campaigns.
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital ad platforms.
Hands-on experience in campaign tracking, reporting, and analytics.
Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
