Key Responsibilities:
Execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and report to the Marketing Head.
Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets (CPA, ROAS, CPL)
Continuously A/B test creatives, ad copies, targeting, and landing pages
Monitor and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other attribution tools
Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to improve targeting precision
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising and platform algorithms
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights
Suggest strategies to increase brand visibility and conversions through paid media
Create content for static posts and align the production team to execute video shoots for social media and Youtube.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
Strong understanding of web analytics (Google Analytics, UTM tracking, etc.)
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills
Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, or SEMrush is a plus
Proficiency with tools such as Photoshop, Adobe, Canva, Lightroom.
Good communication skills and a keen eye for ad creative and messaging
Self-starter with a performance-driven mindset
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Experience with eCommerce or D2C campaigns
Knowledge of SEO basics and content marketing
Exposure to CRM platforms or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
