Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, native ads platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain), affiliate programs, and influencer partnerships.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to meet KPIs (ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPL).
Google Ads Expertise:
Manage and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping Ads.
Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and A/B testing.
Native Advertising:
Execute native ad campaigns and optimize for traffic and conversions.
Affiliate Marketing:
Build and manage affiliate networks aligned with brand goals.
Collaborate with affiliates for optimization.
Influencer Marketing:
Identify, negotiate, and track influencers for conversions and ROI.
Analytics & Reporting:
Use Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools to analyze and report.
Budget Management:
Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI while staying within budget.
Trend Awareness:
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and algorithms.
Qualifications:
2+ years in performance marketing (Google Ads, native ads, affiliate/influencer campaigns)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and native advertising platforms
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, AdWords Manager
Experience with platforms like CJ Affiliate, Rakuten
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
