Role Overview:
We are seeking a
data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Professional
to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive leads, conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
Manage
end-to-end campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and analysis
to ensure strong performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
Conduct
A/B testing
on ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve performance.
Collaborate with the
content and design teams
to create engaging ad copies and visuals.
Analyze campaign data to generate insights and
recommend optimization strategies.
Stay updated with
industry trends, tools, and platform algorithms
to leverage new opportunities.
Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-5 years of proven experience in
performance marketing or digital advertising.
Hands-on experience with
Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Analytics tools.
Strong understanding of
conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in
Excel, Google Analytics, and Data Studio (or similar tools).
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in
EdTech or B2C digital marketing
.
Familiarity with
marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Knowledge of
retargeting campaigns
,
Meta Ads, Linkedin Ads.
