We are looking for a data-driven

Performance Marketing Specialist

with a mastery of the Google Ads ecosystem. This role is unique as it requires a dual-threat marketer: someone who understands the long-form lead generation cycles of

Service-Based Businesses

and the high-volume, fast-paced world of

E-commerce (D2C)

.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid search, display, and shopping campaigns, ensuring every rupee spent translates into measurable growth, whether that's a qualified lead or a completed checkout.

Key Responsibilities



Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max (PMax), Display, YouTube, and Shopping.

Service-Based Marketing (Lead Gen):

Build high-converting funnels to capture quality leads. Optimize for Lead Quality (MQL/SQL) rather than just volume.

E-commerce Marketing (ROAS):

Manage Merchant Center feeds and optimize Shopping/PMax campaigns to maintain a healthy Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Optimization & Scaling:

Conduct daily monitoring of bids, budget caps, impression share, and quality scores. Identify scaling opportunities without compromising efficiency.

A/B Testing:

Implement rigorous testing for ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS).

Technical Setup:

Ensure flawless tracking using GTM (Google Tag Manager) and GA4. Set up conversion tracking for both lead forms and e-commerce events.

Reporting:

Translate complex data into actionable insights through weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Experience:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads.

The Hybrid Requirement:

Proven track record of managing accounts for

both

e-commerce (product sales) and service sectors (lead generation).

Technical Proficiency:

Deep understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Merchant Center.

Analytical Mindset:

Ability to analyze heatmaps, bounce rates, and user behavior to suggest landing page improvements.

Ability to work from our

Noida office
