Clove Dental is seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist to join our head office at Malviya Nagar, South Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 5 years or more of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results through digital advertising campaigns. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive customer acquisition, and optimize ROI across various digital channels.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and achieve business objectives. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels. Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy optimization to improve campaign performance and ensure maximum ROI. Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data insights, and generate regular reports to track KPIs and identify areas for optimization and improvement. Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing assets that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, and leverage this knowledge to implement innovative strategies and stay ahead of the competition. Conduct rigorous A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign elements such as ad creatives, targeting parameters, and landing page designs. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and analytics, to align performance marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
