Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute
end-to-end ad strategies
across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
Plan, launch, and manage
search, display, video, and social media ad campaigns
.
Perform
keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid management
.
Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance for maximum conversions at minimum cost.
Create and maintain
campaign performance reports
with insights and recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest changes in Google & Meta advertising policies, trends, and tools.
Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align campaigns with overall business goals.
Requirements
Proven 1.5
-2 years of experience
running Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Analytics, and Tag Manager
.
Expertise in
conversion tracking, pixel setup, and campaign optimization
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a
data-driven mindset
.
Ability to manage budgets, forecast ad spends, and deliver ROI-driven results.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with
LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or other paid media platforms
.
Knowledge of
SEO & content marketing
for integrated campaigns.
Familiarity with
marketing automation & CRM tools
