We are looking for a results-driven

Performance Marketing Specialist

with hands-on expertise in both

Google Ads

and

Amazon Ads (PPC)

. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in revenue-focused campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads

Create and optimize Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube & Performance Max campaigns. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis & audience segmentation. Improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS & Quality Score. Set up conversion tracking through GA4, GTM & Google Ads. Test and optimize ad copies, creatives & landing pages. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Amazon Ads (PPC)

Plan, launch & optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands & Sponsored Display campaigns. Perform keyword research using Helium10/Jungle Scout. Optimize bids, budgets, placements & campaign structure. Track ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR & CPC performance daily. Support listing optimization: titles, bullets, images & A+ content. Generate detailed PPC performance reports.

Requirements

2-4 years

of experience managing Google Ads + Amazon PPC. Strong understanding of PPC bidding strategies (Manual, Automated, ROAS, CPA). Proficiency with GA4, GTM & UTM tracking. Hands-on experience with Seller Central & Amazon Advertising Console. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. Familiarity with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp. Google Ads Certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
