Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Optimize campaigns regularly to improve ROI, reduce CPA, and increase lead quality.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
Develop weekly and monthly performance reports to showcase key metrics and outcomes.
Work closely with creative teams for ad copies, creatives, and landing page optimization.
Monitor industry trends and emerging tools to identify growth opportunities.
Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure maximum efficiency in spending.
Maintain strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and customer journeys
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid media tools.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and take data-backed decisions.
Strong communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
Experience in creating remarketing and retargeting strategies is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SEO basics and CRM platforms
