Job Overview
As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Level Up HR Solutions, you will play a vital role in driving our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
Job Responsibilities:

• Digital Advertising Platforms: Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads for targeted campaign creation and management.
• Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing data through Google Analytics to derive

actionable insights.

• PPC Campaign Management: Skilled in managing PPC campaigns with a focus on

keyword research, bid management, and ad copywriting to drive targeted traffic
and conversions.

• Budget Management: Effective in managing advertising budgets to optimize

spend and achieve campaign objectives within allocated resources.

• A/B Testing: Experienced in conducting A/B tests to compare different ad

variations or landing page designs, identifying the most effective strategies.

• Tracking Software: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag

Manager, and other tracking software
Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 4-6 years in performance marketing or related field.
• Strong proficiency in digital strategy to enhance online presence and drive conversions.
• Expertise in Google Analytics for tracking and reporting on marketing campaign performance.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance.
• Proven ability in managing PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, and other platforms.
• Competent in budget management to ensure cost-effective marketing solutions.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager for effective tag handling and tracking.
• Skills in keyword research to identify and utilize high-performing search terms.
• Copywriting abilities to create compelling and effective ad copies and campaigns.
