Role Overview
We are looking for a
Performance Marketing Specialist
who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like
Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Display Networks.
The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and result-oriented with a strong focus on ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage end-to-end paid campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads
etc.
Create strategies for
lead generation, e-commerce sales, and brand awareness campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
Optimize campaigns for
CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA
and other performance metrics.
Write compelling ad copies & coordinate with designers for creatives.
Track, analyze, and prepare reports using
Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Tag Manager.
A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages for better performance.
Manage and optimize
ad budgets
to maximize ROI.
Stay updated with latest trends, algorithms, and tools in performance marketing.
Requirements
Proven experience in
Performance Marketing / Paid Ads.
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
Hands-on experience with
Google Analytics.
Good understanding of
SEO, Funnels, Remarketing & Conversion Tracking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
