Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist (3-6 Years' Experience) Location: Anushthan Idea Labs, East of Kailash Experience Required: 3-6 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: Anushthan Idea Labs is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with 3-6 years of proven, hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, OTT platforms, and e-commerce channels such as Amazon, Blinkit, Flipkart, and others. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, analytical marketer who can design, execute, and scale campaigns that drive measurable ROI across diverse digital ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: ₹ Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, OTT platforms (Hotstar, MX Player, Zee5, SonyLIV, etc.), and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Blinkit, Flipkart, etc.). ? Manage campaign budgets efficiently, monitor performance metrics, and ensure delivery of targeted results. ? Develop and implement integrated performance marketing strategies to enhance visibility, engagement, and conversions. ? Collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and product listings. ? Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to continuously optimize campaign performance. ? Monitor market trends and platform updates to stay ahead of the competition. Required Skills & Experience: ₹ Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital performance marketing. ? Demonstrated expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, OTT advertising, and e-commerce ad management (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Blinkit promotions, etc.). ? Strong understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, conversion optimization, and marketplace advertising algorithms. ?
