Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
Monitor campaign performance and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximize performance.
Manage budgets effectively and allocate spending to achieve optimal ROI.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (X+ years) in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media management.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, or other attribution platforms.
Ability to interpret data and make strategic campaign decisions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B / EdTech / Finance / E-commerce domains (customize as per your sector).
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and remarketing strategies.
