Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced in Performance Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the Paid Media department and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid channels. Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and objectives Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing Monitor and report on key performance metrics to senior management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid media Google Ads and Facebook Ads certification is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
