Role Overview



As a

Performance Marketing Specialist

, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid digital campaigns across multiple performance channels. Your core focus will be driving high-quality traffic, increasing customer acquisition, and optimizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across platforms such as Meta, Google, and others.

Key Responsibilities



Plan and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, YouTube, affiliate, etc.). Execute paid media strategies that drive conversions, sales, and customer lifetime value. Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze data, and implement optimizations for improved performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS). Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages tailored to each channel. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies. Manage and optimize budgets in alignment with business goals and customer acquisition targets. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other attribution platforms to track, analyze, and report on performance metrics. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and the skincare/beauty industry. Coordinate with retention marketing (email/SMS/loyalty) teams to ensure full-funnel alignment.
