Plan, create, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic, etc.).
Analyze campaign performance daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, etc.).
Develop A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
Collaborate with the creative team to brief and optimize ad creatives based on performance data.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor benchmarking.
Use tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution platforms to track and measure performance accurately.
Work closely with content, SEO, and product marketing teams to ensure alignment across all paid and organic initiatives.
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
