About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Performance Marketing & Social Media Specialist who can take ownership of our digital presence and growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running high-performing campaigns, managing social platforms, and leveraging content to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), and other ad networks.

Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation, conversions, and ROI.

Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Create and oversee UGC (User Generated Content) strategies, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.

Develop engaging content calendars and ensure consistent posting aligned with brand tone.

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad policies, and social media algorithms.

Requirements:

Proven experience in performance marketing, social media marketing, and handling ad campaigns.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.

Ability to design and implement content strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Creative mindset with a strong understanding of trends, reels, and viral content.

Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Knowledge of graphic/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) will be a plus.
