Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search, and display. The goal is to drive conversions, increase brand awareness, and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives

- Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search, and display

- Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and analytics

- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations

- Optimize campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

- Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital agency or marketing role

- Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and metrics

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)

- Certification in performance marketing or digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint)

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
