Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on
Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and Display Networks
.
Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and reduce CPA (Cost per Acquisition).
Conduct
keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
.
Create, test, and scale
ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
for performance improvement.
Track daily performance metrics to understand campaign success and areas for improvement.
Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and monthly ad spends efficiently.
Collaborate with the design and content teams for creative development.
Set up conversion tracking using
Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Analytics
.
Generate detailed weekly and monthly performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, algorithm changes, and tools.
Requirements
1-3 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
Hands-on experience with
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
, and
Analytics tools
.
Strong understanding of
CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Optimization
.
Proficiency in
Excel/Google Sheets
for reporting and data analysis.
Familiarity with
e-commerce / D2C / SaaS marketing
