Develop and manage
lead generation campaigns
with a focus on ROI.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports.
Manage
budget allocation and bidding strategies
to maximize performance.
Conduct
audience research, targeting, and retargeting
for higher conversion rates.
A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with
industry trends, platform updates, and best practices
in digital advertising.
Key Requirements
Strong expertise in
Google Ads
&
Meta Ads
campaign management.
Proven experience in
performance marketing & ROI-driven strategies

Hands-on experience with
campaign analysis, budget allocation, and optimization
.
Solid understanding of
audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting techniques
.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales) to align campaigns with business goals.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads & Meta Ads certifications (a plus).
