Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage

performance marketing campaigns

across

Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital channels

. Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve

ROI, ROAS, and lead/sales targets

. Conduct

keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience segmentation

. Collaborate with the

creative and content teams

to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals. Manage

budgets

effectively and ensure efficient allocation of spends. Use tools like

Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager

, etc., to monitor and report performance. A/B test landing pages and ad sets to improve

click-through and conversion rates

. Analyze customer journeys and provide insights to improve

funnel performance

. Stay updated on

latest trends and algorithm changes

across major ad platforms.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in

performance marketing

, preferably in

FMCG / D2C / e-commerce / hygiene / wellness

sectors. Strong knowledge of

Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools

. Hands-on experience with

SEO/SEM, retargeting, and programmatic advertising

. Proficiency in

Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel

for data reporting. Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business, or a related field

. Certifications in

Google Ads, Meta Blueprint

, or equivalent are a plus. Experience managing

agency or marketplace performance campaigns

is an advantage.
